Absolutely. There are romantic options for couples and larger room configurations that work well for families too.

Yes, we can accommodate families of five in selected room categories, subject to availability. For families with three children, we normally recommend:
- Connecting Rooms (subject to availability)
- Rooms with 2 Queen size beds (subject to availability)

Does your hotel provide shuttle transfer from/to Phuket Airport?
We do not operate a scheduled shuttle bus. However, we are pleased to arrange a private airport transfer upon request (additional charge applies).
Phuket International Airport is approximately 75–90 minutes from the resort.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegetarian meal options?
Yes. Our restaurant offers:

Guests with dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance or speak with our restaurant team and Chef upon arrival.
Are children allowed in the Oceanfront Villa and Private Pool Villa?
No. Children are not permitted to stay in:
- Oceanfront Villas
- Private Pool Villas
These categories are designed primarily for adult occupancy.
Why are children not allowed in these villa categories?
For safety reasons.
- The Pool villas feature private swimming pools
- The terraces & pools do not have childproof barriers or protective railings
- The layout is not designed for young children
To ensure guest safety and compliance with our policy, these categories are reserved for adults only.
Do you accept payment in foreign currency?
We accept major credit cards and Thai Baht (THB).
Foreign currencies are generally not accepted for direct payment, but currency exchange services are available nearby.
Is your hotel pet-friendly?
No. Pets are not permitted at the resort.

No. The resort does not have an elevator.
Buildings are low-rise (2–3 floors), and our team is happy to assist with luggage at any time.

Everything is easily accessible on foot.
Is the beach suitable for swimming?
Yes, the beach is generally suitable for swimming. However:
- Conditions may vary depending on season and tides
- During the green season (May–October), waves and currents may be stronger
Guests are advised to observe local conditions and flags.
Does the Kids’ Club provide supervision?
No. The Kids’ Club is not supervised.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.
The hotel does not provide childcare services.
Are the in-room electrical sockets suitable for worldwide plugs?
Rooms are equipped with standard Thai sockets (220V).They are generally compatible with:

We recommend bringing a travel adapter if unsure.
