Ramada Resort Khao Lak is a contemporary Thai style property catering to the leisure and business markets.

Run by young but experienced executives, it offers a unique holiday encounter for people looking to recharge their batteries. The architectural facade is enhanced by a combination of wood and brick blending. The landscape resembles a Bermuda green
turf, offering unobstructed view of the beach that make guests feel right at home.

Ramada Khao Lak offers 84 deluxe rooms, including eight beachfront villas equipped with the best of comforts. The villa's jacuzzi is spread over a pebbled-bathroom separated from the lush outdoors by glass windows and Venetian blinds. Deluxe rooms are fitted with various types of bath tubs, some of which resemble oversized wine wood barrels.

The beach is also nice and tranquil and I enjoyed taking a leisurely walk on the sand. As the waves brushed against my legs, I felt a sense of deja vu, Khao Lak had indeed recovered from the 2004 tsunami.
