Thank you for the nice time at Ramada Resort Khao Lak. It was wonderful. Every people from the service team were very nice and friendly. It seems like a big family. Love your big beach towels. Breakfast was great - loved the mushrooms with shallot herbs. Staff very attentive - loved that everyone was saying hello when passing you and catching your eyes. Like the interior of the room - very classical, however a little bit of extra colour would be nice e.g.. some of your lovely Ramada red.

Firstly we would like to thank both you and your staff for the wonderful week we had at you hotel recently. In spite of the wet and windy weather we had a very relaxing time - which was why we were there in the first place - and found the whole experience very rewarding. Every one of your staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable and they succeeded with a happy smile every time. We were very impressed with the hotel as a whole. The grounds were very well maintained, and the pool and beach were a great attraction. Just to lay on the sunbed on the balcony and watch the world go by was a fantastic end to our holiday in Thailand. The food was fantastic and in spite of the weather on some nights all the staff in the restaurant and kitchen did a great job, the outside dining area was a real treat and we thoroughly enjoyed it all. The room, the views, the staff, the grounds and everything about our whole stay will not be forgotten too quickly. Once again thank you very much and we will be back next year.

We arrive from Singapore and our driver waited us at Phuket Airport. We had a warm welcome from hotel staff. Tick was our check-in person and she was very kind to inform that we was upgraded from deluxe to villa. Villa was outstanding. We couldn't be more happy. Whole staff was friendly and smiley. Pool area was clean and beautiful and we enjoy be there without disturbing background music we used to meet on our holidays. It was nice that people couldn't reserve their sun beds before actually taking place. What an excellent idea. Overall our stay at Ramada Khao Lak was enjoyable & relaxing and we will recommend this hotel to our friends.

I had hoped to send this email long ago to send you all and everyone at the Ramada a huge thank you. I wanted to take the time to write the email, which is why it has taken so long. We are now in Ireland and adjusting to the colder weather and setting ourselves up for our year away. It is difficult to find words to explain our absolute joy with our wedding at The Ramada and our stay in Thailand. Trying to organise a wedding in a location neither of us had visited was very confusing and stressful. Once we had decided on The Ramada things became much easier and I consider ourselves so lucky we chose this resort. From the moment we walked up the front stairs to reception, to the moment we left we felt very special. The genuine friendliness and warmness of the staff is just beautiful and something that always brings me a smile and wonderful feeling when I think of our stay and our special day. Thank you so much for all the extras that were provided for our wedding.

Staff - was sometimes difficult but compensate by outstanding friendliness. We do appreciate that there was no animation around the pool area and a soft entertainment program. We were in Asia for several times before (Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia) and have had very good hotels. But no hotel was as nice and wonderful as the Ramada in khao Lak. We felt like in paradise. Really everything was perfect. The whole Hotel has an attractive, modern Design which we really like. Our Room was perfect with an unbelievable view and always clean. Your service is brilliant - everybody is so friendly and obliging. Your Spa was absolutely wonderful and we were said, that we didn't use it more often. Thanks for the "Polynesian Night" -that was gorgeous.. the food, the wine, the entertainment... everything.

Family of 4 , 2 adults and 2 boys aged 13 and 16, stayed for 4 nights.
Arrived at the hotel to a warm welcome from Tik at reception. She checked us in with a welcome drink and no fuss. The entrance to Ramada KL is attractive but when you get to the top of the stairs the view overlooking the pool and ocean is stunning. It is relatively low rise- 3 stories of rooms in a U shape with the reception area in the middle. It has a very contemporary feel and being new is very clean. The tiling and colour scheme/interior decorating really appealed to me.
We had booked 2 interconnecting non-smoking ocean view deluxe rooms. ... Our rooms had 2 double beds per room. The rooms were really spacious, well decorated and well appointed. The linen was very good quality as were the towels in the bathroom- fluffy, very white, nice smelling and bath sheet in size. All of the website pictures are very true to what you get. The shower was great, hot, hot, hot water and great flow. The tub was huge and all the tap ware very modern. Great toiletries, really good quality soap and quality shampoo and conditioner, sewing kit, shower gel, etc also supplied. There was also a little card in the bathroom with a list of things you could request such as toothbrush, razors, shoe shine, etc. The tV was good, big screen and lots of channels. WIFI was also easily accessed, we had 2 laptops with us and had no problems. Room also had an electric jug, coffee/tea, etc. Mini bar was supplied at reasonable charge and we used a couple of things. We had bought a small bottle of gin at the little shop nearby and it was only about 100B cheaper. Bought tonic, beers and cokes and snacks at 2 different shops to spread the money around. Small shop was just down the road and there was also a 24 hr 711 nearby for milk, etc.
Our room was in a nice position with good ocean views, we paid US $52/room/night including breakfast for our rooms and thought they were amazing value. The ocean lanais with pool access on the ground floor also looked good. I guess the advantage of the lanais would be direct ground floor access and the extra deck space. Didn't look at the villas but given the standard of our room i imagine they would be very special.
The pool area was fantastic- oodles of loungers and umbrellas, huge pool, jacuzzi area and a little paddle pool. 2 showers pool side to shower pre/post swim- it was good to see that everyone pretty much used them. The pool bar opened while we were there and was being well patronized. The beach was also great- once again, oodles of loungers and umbrellas looking out onto the beach. The beach was in good shape, very clean at the part facing the resort. There were a couple of gardeners sweeping it of rubbish each morning. The swell was fairly big the first day we were there but more manageable days 2-4. The ocean was warm and clean. There were loads of shells and crabs to make for an interesting beach walk in either direction. As mentioned previously there were some dogs around, 2 in particular hung around the beach near us but were pretty innocuous. Spotted 2 little puppies on the last day.
The breakfast restaurant was nice with a good selection of hot and cold dishes, plenty of pastries, breads and fruit too. Coffee was mostly hot as was the tea. I love the fact they serve it in big mugs!! Table ware was great quality.
Ate at the restaurant on our first night as it was absolutely pouring with rain, the menu was fine, pasta, pizza, thai food. Ok value + 17% tax. They do a nightly buffet of Thai food for B 399 + tax, Geoff had that and said it was Ok. We ate out for the other 3 nights outside of the resort. We ate beachside for lunch in the hotel, lunch was great, not really cheap but big serves of fresh food and good mixed juices.
Used the gym- it was also good, aircon and very light. 3 machines (treadmill, 2 types of bikes) plus a weight machine and an abdo ball. Bottled water on a help your self basis from the fridge plus towels all supplied. Next to that was what will be the creche- it was being painted while we were there. There was also an internet cafe being set up next to the gym. Lots of toilets in the public access areas and all very clean with good fittings. The other guests were of mixed ages, they were mainly German, Swedish, Danish and French. There were mainly couples and 2 other families (with little kids), all polite... and no reserving of pool loungers!!!!! Staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful.
Overall I loved this hotel, everything appealed to me.

Over the past few months, I have stayed at the Ramada Khao Lak a number of times...always for holding training workshops. Having worked in Thailand for 6 years, I can honestly say that this hotel has provided the best facilities and environment. Meeting here takes any stress out of 'work' as any request is accommodated, the meeting rooms are bright, and real coffee is served. The hotel itself is beautiful, tranquil. Fantastic, chic rooms, big funky bathrooms...nice gym too. But best of all: the hotel staff. It is really them that make you want to come back time and again. Incredible hospitality and warmth, a very personal feel. Just hope to be able to have a real holiday at the Ramada soon...and really enjoy the excellent mojitos.

My husband took me here for my birthday this year on August 9th! We drove up for the night and just booked ourselves in, spur of the moment.
We got a beachfront villa for the equivalent of $120 US that included breakfast. The room was beautiful, very modern and ON the sand. Huge bathroom with a giant jacuzzi tub for two, big bed with a view out the huge doors to the ocean.
Had a 90 minute full body massage for $35 US and it was wonderful. Great pool and fantastic dinner buffet. Will stay here again!

The highlight of our stay was being invited to the volleyball final where not only did we enjoy the game and your success, congratulations, but the staff continually made sure we had water and we were having a great time. The hotel was fabulous, our trip in Thailand was for three months, and this was by far the best place we stayed at. We were upgraded to a seaview room on the top floor, so had great views over the pool to the sea. The room was large, as was the bathroom, and very luxurious, the bed linen and towels were of very good quality. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of choice.
Our only complaint would have been the distance from the main town and the difficulty getting there. It would be good if the hotel would provide a free shuttle, a couple of times a day. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our most fussy friends.
